After the Suspension of the SUG Festival last Session, the Students body at the brim of this semester, announced the OOU SUG Awards which is expected to reinvigorate Social life in the school environment.
The award process have long begun since 6th March 2021, enable students nominated their friends or themselves for the available categories while voting began on 24th March 2021.
The award ceremony seeks to recognize persons and personalities of different caliber in over fifty categories such as Fashionista of the Year, Entertainment icon, Model of the Year, Next rated, Best Rap act,to mention a few.
According to the nominees list posted on on social media, it is perceive to have a huge turnout despite the fact that it is not a merit award.
Although, theme, date and venue for the event have not been announced, our correspondent believesthe Organizers plan to keep audience on the edge, hence, the suspense.
