The Enzaim-led administration has officially announced the voting period for volume four of the OOU SUG Awards tagged 'Gala Splendour.'
The nomination lists are out, while voting is set to begin on Wednesday, September 25. As part of the voting process, nominees of each category must have at least 500 votes to qualify for an award, and each vote costs 100 naira.
The SUG Dinner and Awards first gained ground during the Senator Pablo-led administration in 2019. The event celebrated excellence and showcased cultural activities.
According to the SUG Social Director, Patane Joshua, the 2024 edition aims to uphold the esteemed legacy of previous administrations while introducing fresh innovations. "We're committed to making this year's awards a memorable celebration, showcasing our university's rich cultural heritage and student achievements," he stated.
