The Students' Union Government (SUG) of Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU) has released a memorandum announcing the deadline for course registration for the 2024/2025 academic session.
According to the memorandum circulated in the late hours of Sunday, December 1, registration will close in two weeks, with students encouraged to complete the process promptly to avoid penalties associated with late registration.
"This is to inform all students that the registration for courses for the 2024/2025 academic session will close in two weeks.
"We urge all students who have not yet registered for their courses to do so promptly to avoid late registration penalties and possible issues," the memo reads.
The Union also acknowledged that some students are awaiting the outcome of their NELFUND loan applications and has promised to communicate updates regarding the loan to students.
"We will communicate any updates regarding the NELFUND loan applications to you as soon as we receive them from the management. However, we advise all students to proactively register for their courses as soon as possible."
Regarding course registration, the Union advises students to reach out to administrators if they encounter any issues or concerns.
"If you encounter any issues or concerns regarding course registration, please reach out to your faculty or departmental administrators for assistance."
